Prop Protection Bypass

Hello,
Would anyone know of a way to bypass to spawn explosive props ingame such as torpedo ect?

I remember there was a prop that was unblacklistable and it was a bomb. I fergets doe.

Not possible since you have to send packets to the server asking to spawn the prop.
