How much more demanding is BF4 compared to BF3 is the real question here, as I've been able to run in excess of 70 FPS in BF3 on Ultra, while recording. BF4 wouldn't seem much of a stretch, even on Medium.
Not even arguably, it's literally less than half as powerful.

I haven't tried that card personally but going from some reputable benchmarks done in sp i would say it's bullshit. Mind that this is done in sp so performance in mp will be even worse. Red line is the minimum fps they hit during testing. The tests were conducted with a oc'ed 4960X so There is no bottlenecks and this is better performance then most people would ever get.
never buy stuff from cyberpower i heard they cheap out on alot of stuff like psu
i would recommend something like 6300 6350 or 8320 cpu
7870 is better then 660 and i think the ti to so its around high end gpu
i would recommend getting a XFX 550 watt or 650 or higher if you plan on crossfire also XT or Ghz version of 7870

Literally made this just for you:

Stuttering is caused by Fraps, actual gameplay is perfectly smooth.
Average of about 55-60 FPS, good enough for me to go 7-2.
Single Player is about 70-80 FPS.
