So i got this error on every application i am trying to open and i cant open nothing, accept for the start tool.
If you will help me solve this i will give you any steam game you want.
I don't want to format my Gaming Pc (To many games i have downloaded)

1. Disconnect from the internet
2. Open Control Panel
3. Open Program & Features
4. Click "View installed updates" on the left-hand side
5. Find "Security update for Microsoft Windows (KB2859537)" under the Microsoft Windows section
6. Uninstall that update and restart you PC (may take a very-VERY long time to configure)
7. Go to Windows Updates and hide (KB2859537)
8. Reconnect to the internet
9. Fix your System Restore feature; You might have to remove a fake C: drive and enable System Restore on the correct Windows drive.

You have hacked or infected files on your computer.

Check your BCD and do the below fix if necessary (at your own risk)

In Windows open CMD as Administrator and type BCDEdit and enter, if your Windows Boot Loader Path is xOsload.exe then you need to remove some files and repair your BCD.
NOTE: you will need to re-activate Windows afterwards, so make sure you have your Windows 7 key handy.
