In my opinion, democracy is just as corrupt as dictatorship.
In fact, I think that if a dictator is actually good for the country he will be more responsible and less corrupt than democracy.
Democracy is just a corrupt government's excuse to a "non - corrupt" government.
Basically they just do illegal things and create laws that make them legal.
Furthermore, they control the media and blind the general public on what's right so when it comes time to "vote" the public just votes for what the government wants them to vote for.

Worth adding that the general populace is both entirely ignorant to the issues and easily corruptable themselves. Even in a pure democracy, governments would still crumble. A single person with an admirable resolve would do wonders for justice and equality.

No ideology is perfect. We can only dream about an utopic political system. While democracy is not perfect, it is be best one we got as of now.

I have always believed that dictatorship will prove way more effective and fruitful than democracy. Dictatorship will provide strictness in laws and it doesn't matter if the dictator himself abuses it because the people will not due to the fear of the consequences that may befall them. That's the good thing about dictatorship, Control is stabilized.
Democratic socialism works just fine. Just look at Nordic countries.

Socialism needs capitalism anyway, it isn't self-sustainable at the moment.
Democracy is not perfect, but that is the best thing for now to live on.
