I want to change my acc's E-mail...

I know the security answer and the old E-mail.......The problem is that the old e-mail has been deleted due to inactivity
And i can't access the confirmation E-mail sent by z8games to the old E-mail...

Change the current e-mail by using the SA and choose a new e-mail. To do that, go to Z8Games clan page and log-in, then: My Account>>Account Managament>>Change email adress, and there you type all the information...

You will need to send a support ticket telling them with full details your problem. If you are the first owner of this account, I don't think you will have problems, because they may request spefic information such like:
Country and city where the account was created from.
First password/e-mail/SQ-SA, etc.
When filling the support ticket, do with the information with the following importance order: current, recent or first (you can only fill with one). But try to DON'T leave blanks on answer spaces...

Since it's my first time submitting a ticket...I have some questions...[sorry for so many]

Acc creation date: i can't access the e-mail to know it
IP address : Which one? The default getaway..or what?
Transactions: I'm not a paid user

Why is it so hard to send a damn ticket?

Give them an approximately date then, but tell them you don't remember it and also you even can't see it because your e-mail got deleted.
About the IP, to do it really simple and fast, visit this page, there shows automatically your IP in a big size font, in the middle's top.
If you never payed anything, then type None in each blank space for that questions.

No problem bro

Answering to your question: if everything goes fine, they will ask/tell you always until the ticket is finished, so, if you prove your ownership, they will request you a new e-mail, and once they make the change, they will answer back again telling you changes has been applied and ticket is closed.
U using yahoo ?

Unfortunately...
As long as you have recent transactions or the first email/SQA/password you should be good once you send in a ticket.

They never read/answer tickets on weekends (from friday's night to monday's morning), and it also can take up to 1 or 2 weeks in some cases...
If they answer, there will be the status of the ticket as "replied/waiting for an answer".
