I really like the version 1 and 2 and i think you did a really nice smudge there and i don't like the small text near to the big one.

You need Photoshop. GIMP has no power here.

    I wonder why.
    GIMP does it all anyway.

GIMP doesn't do it all. Not even close. You can create great things in GIMP, but you'll never hear anyone say it's better on an artistic or professional level.

If GIMP could "do it all" then it would either be as good or better than Photoshop, which is the benchmark. But it doesn't do it all which is why you should switch whilst you're still learning.

Except the lackluster tablet support and the harder menus, what's the difference for a non-professional user anyway?

I seriusly draw like crap,i'm not in a art school and i don't plan to make images to eat at any time in the future...seeing on the net,the differences seem really little; Unless you can state otherwise

In that respect, you're right. If you have no plans to progress in skill or appeal from the beginner level you're on currently, stay with GIMP.

The menus are all preference, by the way. GIMP menus are just as unfamiliar to me as PS menus probably are to you.
Also, I've only ever seen professionals using tablets in PS. My tablet works wonderfully with it. Unless you have a source for that claim, it's not a valid argument.
