WTBWar Commander - Cheat Engine Script Help??..

So i just seen i am not aloud to buy hacks, or scripts... SOOOO I have some hex codes and i want to try em out, this was posted on another site 2 days ago and apparently the codes work?!!?... But i do not know what to do after i've browsed the memory region. or some sort.
