Deleting System32 will not help because System32 is your entire system basically. Delete it, and your computer will not work. (THE OS, NOT THE HARDWARE!!!!) Don't mistake me there. Look at the full virus path, it may be somewhere specifically in system32. If it has a "clean" or "fix" button, use that, but do not "quarantine" or "delete" system32! .
