Fullscreen realm relay script

Hey, just wanted to know if it was possible to make a fullscreen script like the fullscreen mod and also how I would go about making it?

why not just use fullscreen in a client

I haven't been able to get it to connect using a client, you wouldn't know a way around that? apparently flashplayer doesn't work.
