the american education system is alot bigger and better than ours
unless you happen to be excesslivly rich and get into one of the 2 big uni's

however our education ends at 16, but college is free

Harry potter is considered a national hero however some schools made the books compulsary to read.

also within england there are at least 7/8 major accents
not counting scotland or wales ¬_¬

Brits don't have accents. They spawned the language thus it is the way its supposed to be spoken, it is you sir that has the "accent".

Anyone can do anyone's accents... it just varies on the mimicking ability of the person.
