Need Help can make possible bot

I am attempting to make a loot bot. I believe this is possible but in order for my method to work I need the loot notification script to be edited so that instead of having the text over the top of an image it needs to be a box (see link). The box needs to cover pretty close about how the picture does. The loot notification script only puts text over items t11 or higher and pots, so this makes it possible to narrow out the stupid items from the good ones which is why it would work. If someone knows scripting I need the auto loot script and loot nofication script combined (this would make it possible for realm relay). The bot would play on your game client. I know the blue box sounds weird but I am certain I can get it to work. If someone could figure out the script and post it that would be nice. If I get it to work I plan on releasing it for you all if you want. Any questions ask me.

RR cannot place random boxes over items......the client would have to have the image of loot bags edited with a blue box over it.....

As rocker1988 said, you cannot do this with RR. I don't know why you would even want to. I've made a bot based on visual input before and while it works, there are too many ways for it to fail. An autoloot bot through RR is simple using nothing but packets.
