So, I got banned for saying dick riding after being called vertdick and other stupid shit multiple times before hand by Gio.

It's only one day but still...

I didn't even say it directly to him.

How many times did you vm me some shit words which I ignored? Lots of times.
So I got tired of you and reported your vm where you said I was riding your d*ck.
And what have others been called by you? Including me and few other staff.

Yea you didn't say it directly to Gio, but the point is you still said he was riding your dick. It's kinda disrespect. Not really enough to give you the entire 5 days for staff disrespect. Gio calling you Verdick is a matter outside of this. A dispute is about you and only you.

If he flames you in the future, report him like he did with you. Don't insult him back, because you're also open to a ban/infraction if you do that. The ban is only a day. If it were a full 5 days then I'd shorten it, but you still disrespected staff which isn't allowed, so you were given a day ban. Dunno where the issue is.

So... Ban stands.
