How to avoid ban by admin?
I made my name invisible so he can't ban me in the console but hes still doing it some how? Any way to avoid this?

I'm quite sure there is a way to ban by steam id and not just your name.
Im wondering how they get my steam id. Because what i do is join a server with the invisible name and once in the server i change my name so i don't show up in the player list. But im still getting banned some how.
They get the steam ID when you join.
They get a fair amount of info when you join a server such as your other VAC Bans etc.

Steps:
1. Change into invisible name
2. Join the server
3. Change the name 10 times
4. Pick a legit name and do not exit the client

Depends on the server he joins, the only way to avoid a ban the smart way is to change your name to an invisible name then change your name into 10 names to a legit one. The admins wont know what is happening and you should be fine. They can't ban by steam id either, unless the server has a mod that does that and I do not think there is one out that can do that now.
