Single Code Method:
1. Open your Browser and Go to:
https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new
2. Fill out the fields and stop when you reach to the Transaction ID field
3. There you will enter a USED Minecraft Gift Code. If you don't have one, use this algorithm:
[A-Z][0-9][A-Z][0-9]-[A-Z][0-9][A-Z][0-9]-[A-Z][0-9][A-Z][0-9]
Another way to use this is to a string generator:
http://www.sweepjudge.com/string_generator.htm
Make sure you use the Pattern: LNLN-LNLN-LNLN
After getting the “codes” you can make them all uppercase using

4. In the Subject field put:
Minecraft Gift Code Not Working
5. Now in the Message Area, write something like
"I got a Minecraft gift code for Christmas or Birthday “ Remember to say How excited you were
Then say when you went to the page to redeem it gave you a message about the code being used already. Say you have no idea why and want a new replacement code as soon as possible so you can play" end it with your name used
