Umm, their churches are set on fire. They are killed on the streets. Their women are kidnapped and converted to Islam by force. The Coptic Christians of Egypt are the largest Christian community in the Middle East. Their plight is extremely well documented on both the internet, and main stream news.

Look at the videos coming out of Egypt.

Yet there are more mosques being burned, muslims being persecuted, abducted by the cops for what they believe in and put in jail, forced to change their political ideas, etc...

Just because they are christian and they are getting killed doesn't mean they are getting killed because they are christian.

It's not a matter of religion, it's a matter of the state of Egypt currently.

It's not christians alone getting persectued.

Also these conversions to islam by force and women kidnappings are extremes. They happen everywhere in the world even in america. Especially in america. The stats of these occurrences in egypt are no more than the "average" around the world.

Also, I don't need to watch the news, I'm in contact with over 500 family members and friends(mostly friends) in Egypt everyday filling me in on things.
I also have 3 different egyptian channels open all the time.
And yeah not to mention that I am Egyptian(Yeah most people don't know i'm a sandnegroe because well i don't act like one and i live in america.)
So yeah, I'm informed.

Well egypt is kind of in a shitty state in general right now.

Of course, that gives the majority(muslims) more power over a minority, so anti-christian cases would of course be more prevalent than anti muslim.

It's more dangerous to be a christian, but that's kind of to be expected being a minority in troubled times.
