Selling a legit VCC. Comes with address and everything needed for it. Sadly, it can't be used for PayPal but it'll fit any other need you need it for.

Wasn't obtained off of Bancore, this is a legit VCC I own.

Yes it does. Its a VISA Debit card. Could be use on completing offers, free trials that require a credit card, etc.

Depends on how much you're willing to pay. I used to offer a PP Verification process with VBAs but now I only do VCCs.

If I login to a verified PayPal from a sanctioned country, will it still get limited?

Sanctioned country as in a country where PayPal accounts are not available? You shouldn't but I recommend you use a VPN to connect to a US IP when you log onto your PayPal. I can provide with a tutorial on how to set up a VPN and some IPs for it, not that hard.

You can't verify a PayPal with a VCC that doesn't have any amount.

Yeah you can? Even the Bancore VCC used to work.
