sorry mate, the only thing you can do is buy a new computer
Download more Hard Drive Space.
Other than minor tweaks such as de-fragging and removing Malware, there's not much to be done but upgrading your hardware.

Malware is basically any form of virus or adware. Advanced System Care may help a minute bit, but I've never really trusted it or its company.

How to speed it up?

1. Reformat.
2. Get a faster CPU
3. Get a SSD to put your OS on
4. Get more (and most likely faster) RAM
Instal bblean, stop using explorer.exe and get a custom file explorer.
don't listen to everyone
just delete system32 just it collects a lot of data

Upgrade your processor to something like this (it's decent)
http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengea.../dp/B0076W9Q5A

And upgrade your RAM to 16GB and then upgrade to 64bit, then your computer can handle new games. This'll cost around $300 or so but it'll turn your shit computer into something better
