How to crash a server?

So there is this server with small kids owning it all are minging and people trying to play on it properly get banned and kicked randomly admins and sa's spawn themself miniguns and armor and shit to before raiding people and everyone is a minge in there

Theres an exploit with the wheel tool where you type "wheel_rx nan" in console, then spawn a wheel, and the server resets. but its just a reset so it usually is back up almost immediately.
