[Solved] Stuck under a building

Stuck under a building

So I was playing SA today and the connection lagged between me and the server. I was running towards a house and was only about 5m from it when it happend, I stopped running client side but my client hadn't told the server this. Therefore when they "linked up" again I was teleported into the base of this house unable to get out. Is there any way I could kill myself? Ps I had only just spawned so I had absolutely nothing.

It's a glitch and it can be resolved by running in one direction and pressing ESC, while still holding W, and then leave the game.
Rejoin any server and you should be out and a free man again.

This didn't work but after a minute of messing around I got out by crouching and holding Q whilst walking into the wall.

If it didn't work, you did it wrong.
I get stuck almost daily and it works every single time.

Just keep holding W (Jogging or whatever), then press ESC, STILL HOLDING W, and then press exit, while still holding W.
