Phoenix Server Set-Up

Hello, I was looking at the video-tutorial but I still got a "Load Error, Retrying, I did everything in the vid, but I can't get it to work.
Can someone please make a text tutorial?

case has given you the right tut... you just don't know how to do it.. no one is going to tell you as well. I can give you a hint.. reinstall mysql.. its as much as anyone is gonna give you. if you want help just read the previous threads about this... duh common sense
