Need help, verified paypal account?
Hey,
I am sorry if there is over 1000+ topics asking this question but I need to know how to get a Paypal account verified with a VCC(Virtual Credit Card) and or Virtual Bank Account.

buy a VCC activate ur VCC if needed. Then add it to your paypal and follow the steps. Thats all.

You can buy them online or from stores I guess .
