Screwed up iPhone 5.

It seems like my iPhone 5 is not functional. The screen seems to have some sort of problem.
I suspect that it's a hardware problem instead of software as the home button still works for me.
Lines will appear on the screen from time to time.
Any help with this? If I need to send for repair, any one can recommend me where to send to? If I am in Singapore.

This was a known problem with a batch full of iPhone 5's. Take it anywhere that does reliable apple repairs in your area or go to an apple store if possible and see what they say about it.

Doesn't Apple products ship broken by factory default?
I mean.. It's Apple, get something else.

Buy a Digitizer kit from Ebay and change the screen yourself then. It's cheap and you'll learn something new.

A lot of authorized resellers provide Apple maintenance. Make sure its an authorized reseller though.

Around 1 year plus, warranty is gone.
