How can i increase my reputation that stay at 10 ? It say im on a distinguished road .

you usually receive reputation when you helped someone else, etc. Meaning you rep usually goes up 2 - 5. If that/those person(s) decide to give you rep. It took me a long time just to get to 28. Good luck though.
If you wanna give rep out, you must have spent allot of time on this site, have a good amount of posts. And have been on the site for awhile. and when i mean GOOD Posts prob somewhere 1,500 - 2,000+ posts
