Anybody knows how to reset a forgotten password in CFPH? Please read the details.

Been playing for quite sometime now, and I recently change my pass and I totally forgot to make a "MEMO" of it on my mobile so I'll have a personal reminder, also ...

Forgotten the Name that I used.
Forgotten the Surname that I used.
Forgotten the E-Add that I used.

To make it simple, I virtually forgotten everything since I didn't make a back-up of the info's and I can't request for a ticket because I can't remember the e-mail that I used to register.

I can clearly remember the IGN, List of Weapons and Characters, and My Rank.

Is there any other way to reset the lost password aside from requesting a ticket from the main site?
