ALSO, if you want my input on the server so far it is looking like complete crap. I'll be honest with you. The "MPGH" sign looks so damn stupid with MP and GH on the bottom also the colors do not compliment each other well at all. I'm not sure if that's supposed to be a sword or dagger near it? Would also be nice if you removed the excess tall grass, it stands out significantly. You also chose a poor spot for the spawn (I'm assuming its spawn) with the water near it and the trees near it, that leaves only two places noobs can run from (this increases spawn kill by those ******s) Also ditch the water around the spawn, very unnecessary, it doesnt even make spawn look better.

Any Experience with Bukkit, Buycraft, or Building - I am currently studying Engineering and some Architectural Design, so I have some sense of design. I am currently a Moderator on a small Factions server. I have no experience with Buycraft.
What benefits would you bring - I have a slightly above average knowledge of commands and design, as I had stated above. I am able to work well with others.

Here I am providing my applications for two Staff ranks on said Factions server that were accepted. I am providing these examples because you hadn't provided enough information for an addiquent application. I would like to note that this two applications are several months old.

Builder Application

How did you find us? - My younger brother, G**********, found your server somehow. Whenever he finds a server that I think that looks promising, I usually go on and build some "location". A****, you already had seen my floating mess of a house before I TNT'd it way back when.
How old are you? - I am currently 18 years old
What do you like building the most? - Depending on the server, I enjoy building bases. Faction homes for an example.
How do you stand with using commands as an assist while building? - I am have very little experience with World Edit and of the sorts, but I have used it before. Built a survival arena using the basic commands of World Edit.
If we accept you, you must be okay with teamwork building, is that okay? - Yes.
Why should we choose you? - I build. It's really all I do on Minecraft. Sure, I can go out adventuring, but I hate PvP. It's funny, this is a Faction server and I'm only here to build.
Other things we should know? - My grammar is far superior to most of those on the server, basically, I like to Grammar Nazi.

Located on a Creative section of another server, completely handmade as I didn't know how to use World Edit at the time and TNT is banned on this Creative server.

Moderator Application

How did you find us? - G***********, my younger brother, had found your server many moons ago. I'd say a month or two after it had started up and I joined up a month or so afterwards.
How old are you? - I am currently 18 years of age
How much experience and time have you got with moderating? - I have no moderating experience whatsoever, but I do have great people skill. I have also handled disputes, usually really stupid ones, on other servers and in real life.
Will you use your powers for good only? - For good only? Hmm. I don't really know. That sounds like a tough decision. Haha, yeah of course.
Why should we choose you? - I don't know. I'm applying for the job. I'm on here everyday, might as well as do something else than just mining and spamming the 'Sell Iron' sign. But, really, I SEE MYSELF AS THE BEST. I SHALL SOON TAKE OVER THE SERVER... kinda. Well, not really. Why you should pick me... that is a good question. I honestly don't know. Maybe you shouldn't? I dunno.
Will you be active on the server? - Dude... Really? I'm like on here everyday or at least every other day. If you mean active with my responsibilities, then yes I will.
Are you fun? - Hmm. Fun is when you... Fun is, it's like.. It's kind of sort of like a... What is fun? I guess I could consider myself as a fun guy, well server wise. If you knew me in person, you'd probably think I'm some mental institute escapee. I can do fun things. I can balance a pencil on my nose. That's sorta fun. Actually, I don't know if I am... I typed all of this up with near-perfect grammar and didn't use simple words such as 'u' and 'r'. I guess I really am not fun. Oh well.

@Jov I kinda threw together a better application since yours was a bit... lacking. I'm not saying you should use this, I'm just saying you kinda made your application more of a "guess and check" with people. Also, you should have a post minimum and/or proof that they can actually build. Don't wanna trust any old street rat. :P
