If you read the stickies entirely, it says only staff members have the ability to have both an image tag and text title.
All other members are only allowed one or the other, even if you donate.

Just wondering, can I have more than one image tittle such as you? Or is it limited to one for both Donators and regular Members?

He only has 1, the rest are usergroup tags, not image titles.

As Liz had said, all my additional titles are for staff positions I hold (besides donator of course).
