C.O.D 4 Multihack (June 2012)

Can someone PLEASE explain how to get it to work? I start the hack and then open cod4 in windowed mode and it tells me it's not responding...

I need help please I turn the hack as a admin noting happends, I run it as not a admin it injects I guess because it makes the noise but non of the options work I got to a pb server on a non pb server, Run the game in windowed mode and noting happends.... :\ Help please

this is AMAZING i got lvl 31 on a fast XP server in less than 10 minutes and then played TDM for hours and pnly got kicked once :P THANK YOU I WOULD HAVE YOU'RE BABIES *dies*
