Map Weirdness Issue

When I edit the nexus map with an editor, I get these weird black circles all around the map, although it looks fine in the editor. What are these?

Caused by not being able to display something properly, probably a shop item that isn't in the code.

Where can I get this Editor?

make your own server and then when you start the client up, log into an admin account if you are using the old mmoe source and then in the home page you will find editor where you can make your own maps

I added a portal in the bottom of the Nexus, but I thought it was handled in the code. Where do I need to add it in the code to get it working?
