Dat MicroStutter!
Just curious if anyone else is running across stuttering and frame rate issues? I am playing on PC. I noticed it happens on certain maps no matter what.. Might be a PC setting but I'm running settings below what I ran the beta. Thanks
Did you already try running it on other setting presets? Eg. Medium?

Just wondering if it happens to other people too, still experimenting with settings etc.

Still looking for possible fixes , anyone?
im having gtx 770 asus and believe me when i say i run bf4 and any other game on ultra with full 60fps without even droping one but yesterday right after the titanfall was released i was having random frame drops 2, mostly i was at 60fps then it would drop to 41 for like 2s then go backup sometimes but today so far ive had no fps issues so im gussing it was the servers :P

Do you have an Nvidia or an AMD card? Check the settings in Nvidia Control Panel and AMD Catalyst for the game and look for any oddities.
Only problem I'm having is screen tearing. No way I'm going to enable V-Sync doh

Nothing lol, fired it up today with the settings that gave me problems yesterday, and now its buttery smooth for no apparent reason..
Try disabling any unnecessary background applications. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date, too.
Also disable vSync in the options. If you still get frame rate issues, you might try the following steps in the Nvidia Control panel:

1) Click on "Manage 3D settings" in the left panel, then find the profile for Modern Warfare 3 in the scroll bar that should appear in the right panel of the new window.

2) Assuming you're not using multiple displays with your GPU, go to "Multi-display/ mixed GPU acceleration" in the MW3 profile settings. Select "Single display performance mode" in the opposite pane and click "Apply".

3) Next, go to "Power management mode", select "Prefer maximum performance" in the opposite panel and click "Apply".
