Bisuone is a really good seller. Basically, the codes are sold for $8.50 a piece, and each one of them gives 1380 RP and the other stuff included with the code. So technically, you could give these codes to one of your friends and they get all the rewards too. Anyways, I went first in the sale and got the codes quickly. Every single one worked, and there were no problems. I would buy from this seller again!

Are you saying the 4140 RP package can be used on 3 separate accounts and all 3 accounts get the 20 champs and skin?

Yes the minimum package is $25, but you may spread the codes out between multiple accounts if you wish. Just ask in advance so we don't apply them all to one account!
