How does one simply make a GIF.

Iv'e seen alot of people with Movie/Show Gifs.
Just curious how they make them and if it takes SKILL. ._.

I believe that there was a program on here called Gifcam or something like that which makes a gif for you in a little window, have a look around and you should be able to find it.

If you wanted to make like a Youtube video clip into a gif, there's a website that does it by pasting the Youtube url into the bar and cropping the times. Google it, that should be your best bet.

Allright i get it . I should of Googled it. Buut in all fairness I was busy and didn't have time to search it up. So Thankks. ;D
