Le bot Loading screen problem

My le bot doesn't load into the log in screen I have tried everything Reinstalling my flashplayer,restarting my computer, downloading another version of the bot But still it didn't worked I need Help ASAP

Try running it as administrator?

What os are you using? Also, have you cleared your default browsers cache? internet explorer, chrome, firefox etc.
