I am aware of v6 and v3 already being uploaded. But I can't see any v7 here, so here goes.

in the save.cfg you can rename the banner text
if u use Version 7, you need to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable, the installer comes with the hack. ( vcredist_x86.exe )
if you used Version 6 before then u need to delete your config_mp.cfg first ( Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\players\profiles\<name>\config_mp.cfg ) or manually delete all "orgy_" entrys, this is optional

In these scans there are many false positives. If you don't trust it don't use it. I have tried it myself and it works fine.
