I need HELP!

Okay, so my brother is the biggest dick in the whole wide world. Everynight at 9:30PM he blocks me through the modem. I want to counter this some how. Anyone know?

2nd problem. My brother always 'Lags' me. Yes everyone else in my house never has high ping. I play league of legends their servers are in LA and I did a ping test to LA and my ping was Like 88. My brother hates me for some reason and he dose this thing where In games I am always laggy. it is never laggy for my other brothers. How can I counter this! Please help me!

Edit: I think he DDoS's me? but I will always have 99ping then will jump every 5 seconds to 500 ping. ALL THE TIME ALL DAY EVERYDAY.

Reset the modem/router then change the control panel login information.

I would change his PC pass, or better yet, Reinstall windows 7.

He's alot older then me. And he uses a USB stick to login to the modem. we have Rogers Internet. so those ideas are off the chart. I tried changing my mac adress but some how he blocks me from doing that all the time too. Anything else?

Can confirm that this works. I Have tried this method with my mom when she turns off my router, except i told her "if you do turn this shit off one more time i'll fuck your virgin pussy till you pass out". Internet hasn't gone off since.
