FileSystem_GetExecutableDir Failed. Any help?

Running Windows 8.1 <--- the reason half of my shit isn't working... so it may just be me, but is anybody else having this error when launching CS:S?

This works perfectly thanks

crashes on windows 8.1

Works very nice but I'm afraid to get banned but I'm still using it anyway XD

doesnt work for me. Is there a toggle button to make the menu pop up? Does it need to run in window mode? I launch app before the game and join server but nothing with the hack comes up, only the regular game...

HEY HOW TO GET THAT MENU
