Tips: growing marijuana?

Hey guys can i get some tips on growing cannabis here its already been 13 days since i've been growing it and i've been meaning to ask how to know if it's a Female or Male??

This is my plant.

First of all, here's 2 reasons you don't want to have your plants crammed up in one small bucket. 1, you're gonna need to transfer them later anyways, and your risking putting your plants into shock when you separate them if the roots get tangled into eachother. 2, if there's ANY males, they'll end up mating with your female plants, ruining them. It should only take about a week at the least to tell whether your plant is male or female, if you're giving it the right amount of sunlight (12 hours sunlight, 12 hours darkness). If it's a girl, you'll start seeing tiny white hairs, the male plants have what looks like big seeds all over them and produce hardly any THC. So keep your plants separated, because when a male pollinates (mates) with a female, it'll stop producing buds and be a huge waste of time and weed. You should've read up on it before you started growing, there's a shit ton of E-Books on weed growing, download a few and start reading or your plants are gonna come out shit. Try and keep it next to some daddy long legs or some shit too, they'll eat the bad bugs off your plant (spider mites, etc)...

You can tell the difference between male and female later on in the flowering stage.
The males start to grow seeds or little balls and the females start growing buds.
I would just bin all the males unless u want to keep them for seeds.

Also, tranfer them to a bigger recipient.
