New Vouch Copy Rule!

NO ONE is allowed to ask for Vouch Copies in this section unless they meet the Requirements.
If the Seller is willing to give vouch copies of his item, he can only give it to Staff, Contributors, Editors, Former Staff and Donators (who meet the requirements).

Requirements:
-Must be a Staff, Contributor, Editor, Former Staff and/or Donator.
-Must have at least 500 posts.
-Must be well known (especially in this Marketplace)
-Must have a good Reputation with Vouch Copy reviews

Regular Members are NOT allowed to ask for Vouch Copies but if the regular member is helpful and contributes to the site, he shall be allowed to ask for vouch copies with my permission.

Anyone caught asking for Vouch Copies will be infracted/banned.

Great rule @Symmetrical , you don't know how many times I've seen newer members ask for vouch copies. Why don't you put a rep limit? You could be well-known and have 10 rep or you could have like 50 rep and be shitty.

There is no point in that when the users MUST already fall in the following usergroups first: Staff, Contributors, Editors and Donators

Donators only!?
There's not even that many donators in the Market Place section. Also even the very few donators here will be getting all the vouch copies, that's like getting many services for free just for being a donator and meeting those requirements.

Well I've probably only seen about 4-5 donors who fit that criteria and from that, you're telling me that these people plus any staff can ask for vouch copies?

That's kind of not fair to any of the regular members that would like a vouch copy. It's not the fault of the non-donator people that they can't be donators.
