old news...and i managed to get back my 2009-2010 account just by inserting my mobile number and was sent a verify code.
ehh i check my hotmail everyday and these past 4 years it still have not been deleted

I know that Yahoo mail have issues. It got deactivated afther some time.The most safe email is GMAIL

Your safest bet is using Gmail, but even with that you can run into problems. 
That only happens if you don't login for awhile.
I have an account from 010 that the emails still there and account works perfectly fine.

yeah 2 of my old hotmail accounts got deleted... but i think it was because hotmail got changed and is owned my Microsoft,
I for got to say it happens after a while not using you e-mail The good news is if it got deleted you could do a new one with the same name and everything will work fine and like @Josh said Gmail is the best
