Worst thing happened to me

I was working on my SOTW sig and ive been working on it for about 1 hour maybe even more. Then i wasnt sure if i wanted a picture or not so i was hitting delete then crtl z. Then my brother came and scared me causing me me let go of the crtl z and just holding the delete button. I lost like 25 layers. I am so mad. Is there any possible way to get those back???
