Name fakers are pretty much useless at this point.. 
My CE table has the ability to change the name of everyone in the lobby. 
Ofc need to be host.

Search with CE your nick, then in game look at result, now you will find 2 adress that display random player name, freeze it and all player will change name.
This are adress of "player killed by.." and "player kill.." after the match is end all players will get back own nick in lobby

I have a namefaker that supports colors, it'll change your lobby name & let you add colors to your name. It also stays when going in-game.
