So I do not agree with the choice of the winner and I am guessing:

- It is popular to support "different" people, because you look like an neanderthal if you do not, and there is no place in modern society for me.

- I have been run over by time and I do not know what good music is any more.

- Politics... We sent transvestites to eurovision too, and they did not win....

Dunno what that is, but if it's like American Idol or something then everything is scripted and the winner is determined from the start.
