    @Riddick, Operation 7 is unable to start using Chrome, you have to use either Mozilla or Internet Explorer.

    And it won't run on Windows 8.1

    Have you tried downloading Int Exp FOR DESKTOP or pinning it to your taskbar so it opens on your desktop?
