Steam accounts help

Ok I'm just wondering if I make a new Steam account but on the same PC as my main and I get VAC banned on the alt account, will my main also be banned because its the same HWID and IP Address?, also on my alt account my main account's games are showing in my library even though I haven't turned on family share, does this mean the accounts are linked?

Nope you won't get banned, I use an alt account and I have a VAC ban on there but my main account with all my games on hasn't got a VAC ban yet. Don't worry mine does that as well but even though they're in my steam library I can't play them.
