To go further off of what NxDelta has said, it has come to our attention that our community is concerned with Nexon America’s outlook on the hacking in Combat Arms and what we are doing about it. This hacker paranoia is very stressful but we can assure you that we are not sitting around twiddling our thumbs eating doughnuts. We understand how serious the issue is and how it negatively impacts our community. Rest assured we are dedicated to finding and investigating hacks for Combat Arms (as well as our other games.) You may think we are not doing enough or working fast enough but trust us… we know what we are doing and using every resource possible. We investigate the hacks and make sure everything is absolute before we can implement. Please understand this process takes time.
As long as the temptation to hack exists, hackers won’t stop. This is an on going battle for any game that exists. This is going to be one heck of a struggle because we have every intention of putting up a fight.

Well how I see it, I love to hack. As soon as i get bored of a game, I hack it. And if Nexon keeps working at taking out all the hacks, people either find or create new ones. But that's the thing! If they stopped blocking the hacks I don't think it would be that fun to hack because everyone is doing it and people would stop playing.
no nexon wont do that thay will just locate all the ips they can that they know are hacking isolate them find all the diffrent isp providers and locate the people hacking and fine them up to a 1000 usd for every atemted hacking

Nope, as part of nexons TOA you pay $100,000 USD per hack you made.

highly doubtful, you would have to sit there, and personally give them your physical address, your name, etc etc. No, thats just a rumor that has been going around, as empty threats from Nexon to discourage hacking. But in the end, they can do nothing more than ban, and patch.

Huh. Too bad most sites don't sell hacks. They sell forum access. Unless its a pub. Then they can find you. >.>
If they really were smart they would use Google and look up CA VIP, actually BUY the hacks, break the code down (either by sending it to AhnLab, or do it themselves) and patch it down to the core. Most patches only require small changes in a code, so its only a few hours-few days for the hacks to be back up. Depends on what they altered.
