You can do that with level one. Those items are level one items. This hasn't removed no restriction.

Winchester and Flash nades work because they were at one time PROMO CODES. New weapons, do NOT work, because they have not been released yet, and will be released under normal circumstances when they are.

actually u do...i've havent seen yet any workin db or mp7 hack besides Dave's, since he did make a video of it aswuel...
