Do any of the Sponzard packets still work, and if so which ones?

No sir they do not aqw patched them all as far as I am concerned

most of them are patched, but the following are available:
Hero of Sponsors Helm - %xt%zm%getMapItem%240925%1333%
Hero of Sponsors Armor - %xt%zm%getMapItem%240925%1334%
Sword of Sponsors - %xt%zm%getMapItem%240925%1335%
