3gb of ram is enough.

and a gtx 770
running 250 fps
tell us what graphics card you have
Clean your PC with Ccleaner and one good antivirus disable some Startup programms and your FPS will be fine, i guess.
My FPS has been dropping a lot lately, as well. 
Each update takes off a big chunk of my frames.
Each update takes off a big chunk of my frames.The cf is the problem. I have lost 10 frames too after the emergency patch. Also they have a chunk of firewall opened. (I was looking around and the firewall for DDoS's, and Virus Inserts are not working) I received a worm today also. But try CCleaner, i't works or GameBooster
