its kill marks you replace the kill marks that is already in your corssfire/rez/ui/mark. once you change it and ingame when you kill someone these marks will pop up

like @iSmexy said go to your Crossfire/rez/ui/mark folder then copy paste these files to that folder then your killmarks will be replaced with these.

be sure to make a copy of your Crossfire/rez/ui/mark folder just in case you want to restore your old killmarks

i'll update it as soon i have some for the grenade knife kills etc.
