M4a4 Howl Topic

So the m4a4 howl is one of the best looking m4a4's in the game.

I have one.

I hear that the graphics on the m4 was stolen from some bitch and uploaded to the workshop, put into the game without her permission.

My question is. What will happen to the gun? Will it be removed from the cases and become a rare item? Do you think they will work out a deal with the chick to keep the gun in the game?

If it wasn't Trademarked, Copyrighted, or Patented, I'm afraid there's absolutely nothing that can be done.

So what's the problem? She made the skin for entertainment and it's in CS:GO, why would she bitch about it?

She hand drew it. They put it on a gun, claiming as if it was there work when it's not.

I heard that something similar to this happened with a tf2/dota2 item and it was removed from drops and is now a rare item.

OT: Don't care. Think the skin is fucking ugly anyways.

If it does get removed, prices will skyrocket, and will be more expensive than the most valuable knife on the steam market. Doubt many will be buying them. I sure as hell wouldn't be wasting that kind of money on pixels. But maybe that's because I'm logical.

The skin is good looking, but I barely use the M4a4 so it's practically useless.

M4A4 | Howl is fucking trash. All the M4A4/1 skins are bad.

Honestly, nothing's going to happen. The guys over at Sega did this exact same thing; they took shit from DeviantArt (yes, that's the original source for the gun as well) without permission. All that'll be issued is an apology, and maybe some money. Because they submitted the graphic to DA, they technically don't have rights to it. Go look at their ToS, it's really fucked up.
