Stuck on the loading screen

I start up combat arms and I get stuck on the loading screen with the zombie on it, any suggestions?

Reinstall.
Reboot.
Recover

Make sure you have all the requirements to play Combat Arms.This is the minimum requirements.
Minimum
OS Windows 2000
CPU Pentium 3 - 1GHz+
MEMORY 256Mb RAM
VIDEO CARD GeForce 2 MX
DIRECT X Version 9.0C or later
HARD DISK 2.0 Gb
INTERNET Cable/DSL

more RAM or NEW computer

Make sure that you're connected to the internet is another good thing to check.

if his internet dont work it wont even get him to the zombie screen

Not quite true, he could have a 3rd party program or hardware issues that cause him to disconnect after the game launches.

Maybe your hacks could be causing the problem ;D, Internet, Defrag or just Reinstall your whole comp. Thats what i ussually do.
